'After The College' is an initiative by Estah Society to provide a platform for College/University students to explore their scope of work through various internships. It will be a place for students to learn various professional skills and understand their future career choices very consciously.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager - HR include, but not limited to:

  • Project Management - General HR (Recruitment, Training, HR Communications, Data Management, Corrective and Disciplinary Action).The Project Manager - HR will be ultimately responsible for ensuring that exceptional levels of service delivery are maintained throughout.
  • HR Expertise - Strategic recruitment drives, structural compensation management, benefits, training and development, budget and relations.
  • Documenting and Reporting

We are looking for someone with a minimum commitment of 2 years as we invest immensely in Training.

Multicrop Farms is a promising initiative and we hope to reach 1 million farmers by 2020 through our participative processes and unique farming techniques. Field Officers play the most crucial roles in steering this program towards inclusive growth and sustainability.

Multicrop Farms is determined to work with farmers towards food and ecological sustainability and thus improving livelihoods significantly. We are unique in our approach as we address the systemic issue and have a holistic approach. In this regard, Field Officers have a strong career opportunity to learn from stalwarts of the technical field, combine it with their innovative and thought out practices and roll out a solution to one of our country's most pressed problems.

  • Willingness to commit to living in rural areas.

Preferred start date: June

Compensation: A meaningful start for placement with meaningful raises.
